Large Signed Rosso Pottery Studio Dish – Cashel, Co. Tipperary

Beautiful hand-thrown and hand-glazed studio pottery serving dish by Rosso Pottery, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, signed to the base.

A striking organic kidney-shaped design with rich crystalline green, olive and honey glazes. Every piece from this period is unique due to the nature of the hand-applied glazes, making it an attractive display piece as well as a functional serving platter.

The underside is inscribed “Rosso, Cashel, Tipperary” and appears to be signed by the maker (A. Walsh).

Condition: Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
