Hyonsun Rhee, 1960s ceramic vase, Swedish company
A beautiful brown ceramic earthenware vase designed by Hyonsun Rhee who was born to South Korean parents living in Tokyo. He moved to Sweden in 1963 and worked and designed for Upsala-Ekeby until 1965.
It is stamped underneath with the UE Sweden 5044 and then he used to sign the items with a few Japanese or Korean letters.
