Fabulous Vintage Retro Mid-Century-Modern Hand Blown Tall Glass Pitcher with Six Matching Glasses in Purple/Amethyst Glass with Rose Pattern and Rose Gold Gilt Banding and Frosted Effect

I am almost at the end of my effort to downsize following the house move, not many items left to list! But I have to clear half a cabinet of glassware, so I have some sets of glasses coming up.

For sale here is a Fabulous Vintage Retro Mid-Century-Modern Hand Blown Tall Glass Pitcher with Six Matching Glasses in Purple/Amethyst Glass with Rose Pattern and Rose Gold Gilt Banding and Frosted Effect

These are fab, a real find and perfect for summer cocktails!

They are hand blown from a beautiful shade of purple/amethyst glass, which is accentuated by the concentric rings of rose gold gilt on all the pieces, and the lovely Rose motif at the centre of each glass. The colour was hard to photograph, they look better/brighter in reality! See the photos in front of a window!

Fantastic to have the six glasses to go with the tall pitcher, unusual to still have the full set.

The Pitcher and six glasses are in excellent vintage condition for items dating to the 1950’s/60’s. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. The gilt banding is in very good condition and the only issue is some marks to the frosted effect on the pitcher, as photographed, but this is luckily at the back.

The pitcher is seriously tall, a real statement piece!!!
It stands just over 11 inches/ 28 cm tall. The glasses stand 4.75 inches/ 12 cm tall and are a beautiful shape.

Would look fab on display in a home bar or man cave, and also perfect for al fresco dining and summer cocktails, when camping or caravanning!
