Fabulous Rare Set of Three Boyne Valley Honey EU Flags Glasses: Belgium/Italy, Spain/Ireland and Luxembourg/United Kingdom

This is a rare collection of Three Boyne Valley Honey Collectable Juice Glasses that I have collected over the years, but due to downsizing following a house move, I can let these go.

These were produced in the 70's and 80's: you bought your Boyne Valley Honey in these glasses with lids and then had a lovely juice glass when the honey was finished.

Different collections were produced in different years, but I have been unable to find out definitive dates for the different glasses. Other collections that were produced include the Native Birds Collection and the Irish Folklore Collection.

For sale here is a Fabulous Rare Set of Three EU Flags Glasses from the EU Flags Collection: Belgium/Italy, Spain/Ireland and Luxembourg/United Kingdom. Very notable examples due to a number of reasons explained below! These are becoming much rarer to find for sale nowadays.

The funny thing about this collection is that the orientation of the stars on the EU flag is incorrect.

Also the glass featuring the United Kingdom is very notable and collectable due to the fact that the United Kingdom has now left the EU, post Brexit.

The glass featuring Ireland is also very notable and ironic (given it was produced in Ireland) as they got the orientation of the flag wrong meaning that it actually features the flag of the Cote d’Ivoire!!!

All three glasses are in very good excellent vintage condition with no chips and no cracks and no pattern loss or dishwasher damage. I have never used these, they have only been on display in a press.
