Fabulous Pair of Two Vintage Small Hand-Blown Art Glass Pieces in Shades of Bright Blue and Cornflower Blue, Sold as a Pair

I’m continuing my downsizing and more items must go!

For sale here, is a Fabulous Pair of Two Vintage Small Hand-Blown Art Glass Pieces in Shades of Bright Blue and Cornflower Blue, Sold as a Pair.

These are two unmarked and un-stickered pieces of glass that I have had in my collection for some times. Both were bought second hand so I am unsure of the makers, but the larger piece I imagine is Murano/Italian and the smaller one may be Caithness glass from Scotland.

Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

The smaller piece measures 2 inches/ 5cm in height and 3.25 inches/ 8.5cm at the widest point. It is in a lovely cornflower blue, with hand-blown swirls in the design.

The larger of the two pieces measures 2.25 inches/6 cm in height, and about 7 inches/ 18 cm in width. It is in the lovely bright blue at the extremities and fading to clear glass towards the centre. It’s in a Murano style shape, sometimes seen in much larger examples.

These look fabulous when displayed on a windowsill to show the light going through them.

Perfect for someone who collects blue glass, or hand-blown art glass in general.
