Fabulous Large Vintage SylvaC Art Deco Hyacinth Vase/Jardiniere/Planter, Shape #2485 in the Stunning and Rare Buttercup Yellow Glaze, Excellent Condition

An impending house move has forced me into evaluating all the contents of my house and some items will have to go, in my effort to downsize. I'm making progress but more items need to go!

I’ve quite a few eclectic items of décor which I am not currently displaying, due to colour scheme changes. They still bring me joy, and I probably would use them in future again, but something needs to go!!!

For sale here is a Fabulous Large Vintage SylvaC Art Deco Hyacinth Vase/Jardiniere/Planter, Shape #2485 in the Stunning and Rare Buttercup Yellow Glaze, Excellent Condition

This vase is the Large Art Deco Hyacinth Planter by SylvaC, pattern number 2485. The design is floral in theme, with upright overlapping hyacinth leaves.
The glaze is an eggshell finish in a stunning buttercup yellow which was hard to photograph accurately. It’s a much brighter yellow than it photographs, more like the colour of a lemon.
It measures 10 inches/ 25cm in width and stands just over 4.5 inches/ 11.5 cm tall.

The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The Hyacinth range of vases and planters are highly collectable and these make anything between €45 and over €100 online, ex shipping and customs. This rare colour is very desirable.

A lovely Art Deco item in a stunning colourway, perfect for a contemporary setting where it would add a great pop of colour and texture in a monotone-themed interior.

It would also look fab planted up with some bright green indoor ferns such as Boston ferns, maidenhair ferns or asparagus ferns. That was my plan but never got round to it!!
