For sale is a bone china wall-hanging commemorative plate.
Celtic Hampers was an Irish mail-order company co-founded by Liavan Mallon, Tony Hickey and Edward Redmond. The company sourced Irish-made products and packaged them into Christmas and other seasonal hampers for sale by mail-order. The company was sold to Great Universal Stores in 1998 and who retained the Celtic Hampers brandname.

DESCRIPTION:
Size: about 8" diameter (203mm).
Material(s): Bone china or porcelain.
Finish: Overall clear vitreous glaze.
Process: Screen printed - green text and gold '00'. Gold colour trim around the outer rim. Bright reflective gold foil on the 'VIP' and motifs at top and bottom of plate.
Fixing: Single hole at back for hanging plate.
Imprint: STAFFORDSHIRE PORCELAIN CHINA HAND MADE FINE BONE CHINA ENGLAND
Approximate age: Year 2000.
CONDITION:
Very good condition. No cracks, crazing or manufacturing imperfections. There is some minor wear to the outer rim gold trim around the 6 o/c position.
