Beautiful Vintage English Made Teapot with a Lovely Whorled Pattern and a Blousy Floral Motif

A possible impending house move has forced me into evaluating all the contents of my attic and some items will have to go, in my effort to downsize. I'm making progress but more items need to go!

A Beautiful Vintage English Made Teapot with a Lovely Whorled Pattern and a Blousy Floral Motif.

Because the base only has an impressed England Stamp, I am unable to specify the maker or accurately date the pot but I reckon it dates to to circa 1955/60's, due to the style ad pattern.

This teapot is excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, pattern loss and only minimal gilt loss - there is some gilt loss to the spout as photographed Lovely subtle pattern with big blousy blooms and foliage. The teapot is a very unusual shape with the whorls around the piece. It stands about 6 inches/15 cm tall, and holds 1.5 pints/900 mls of tea.

Perfect for use for that special afternoon tea, and would also look stunning on display.
