Antique porcelain trinket tray Wade Whimtray
The Wade Whimtray Lion Cub Trinket Tray, an iconic miniature bowl for jewelry or pins, was produced by the renowned British ceramics manufacturer Wade as part of their popular Whimsies series.
The delicate lemon-yellow base features a small, roaring lion cub figurine.
It dates from the late 1950s and early 1960s (the series was primarily published between 1958 and 1965).
