Antique Imari platter
Beautiful large antique Imari pattern ironstone platter with drainage channels and juice well.
It measures 52cm x 40cm, height: 6cm to rim.
No maker's stamp.
In good overall condition for its age. There is some fading/loss to the pattern plus a couple of small nibbles around the edge & one small chip on the surface as highlighted, as well as some typical age-related crazing. Sound, no cracking.
Has a great look for display on a kitchen dresser, & ideal for the Christmas turkey or goose.
