Enjoy the fine craftsmanship of Belleek Fine China of Ireland.
This is an eye catching set of six Belleek plates. The light dances on the creamy porcelain. The design is known as Shamrock Ware. They have the third black mark which means they were made between 1926 and 1946.
Each is 8.5" (21cm) in diameter.
They are in very good condition considering their age.
The small pottery village of Belleek in Fermanagh County, Ireland had local clay deposits the produced exceptionally translucent goods. It became known as Parian, a soft, mother of pearl glow that became associated with Belleek China.
Since Belleek was founded in 1853 it has been held in high regard.
