1930s Vintage Plaster Spaniel Dog Ornaments

Attractive collector pair of vintage plaster (chalkware) spaniel dog figures, dating approximately to the mid-20th century (circa 1930s–1950s). These are classic fireside / mantel ornaments, typical of English and Irish period interiors of the time.
Hand-painted with expressive detailing and traditional colouring. Hollow cast plaster construction with original vent holes visible underneath, consistent with manufacture of the period.
Both figures display honest age-related wear and paint loss, as expected for plaster pieces of this age. No major breaks or repairs. Structurally solid and well matched as a pair.
