Witness Volume 1 Double CD Compilation

A double CD compilation released by Witness, the Irish music and arts festival that ran annually in County Kildare. This collection highlights a mix of alternative, indie and electronic artists associated with the early 2000s festival scene.
The album features well known artists including Stereophonics, Ash, Snow Patrol, Muse, Elbow, David Gray, Faithless, Alabama 3, The Frames, Gemma Hayes and Super Furry Animals.

Tracks include Have A Nice Day by Stereophonics, Burn Baby Burn by Ash, Run by Snow Patrol, Plug In Baby by Muse, God Is A DJ by Faithless and Wake Up This Morning by Alabama 3, along with many other artists connected with the festival era.

Released in the early 2000s by RMG / Setanta Records and originally retailing at £17.99, this compilation captured the sound of the Witness Festival during its peak years.
