NOTES:

Packaged in a standard-sized, grey-tray jewel case, with an illustrated 4-page folded insert.
Some copies (?) include an additional 2-page insert with a list of releases available through World Serpent Distribution on one side and a list of Nurse With Wound titles on the other.

Both tracks recorded in 1980. Originally released as part of the "Psilotripitaka" box in 1990, made available separately in 1993.

"Registered Nurse Second Coming" is a different version than that on the releases "The Second Coming" and "Anthology 1".

Track 1 uses samples of the announcer from John Cage & David Tudor "Variations IV" and Bill Exley of The Nihilist Spasm Band.
Both tracks use samples from Mike Nichols & Elaine May - Examine Doctors.

Catalog number appears as "UD00CD" on spine and "UD 00 CD" on disc. Credits as appear here do not appear on the release and are instead taken from the vinyl release.

Nurse with Wound (abbreviated NWW) is the main recording name for British musician Steven Stapleton. Nurse with Wound was originally a band, formed in 1978 by Stapleton, John Fothergill and Heman Pathak. The band's work has explored genres such as industrial, noise, dark ambient, and drone.

All Items are from a personal collection, stored upright and in excellent conditions. All items, vinyls & sleeves are cleaned, visually inspected and LPs / records / CDs are played (partially or completely) prior to been giving ratings & comments, before LPs/CDs listed.

LP’s come with plastic sleeve cover.

Postage is available on limited conditions:

P&P at buyers risk is €6, this is a A Post pre-paid padded envelope. Records will be wrapped in cardboard, etc and sent via normal post. Any loss or damage is completely at buyers risk.

P&P for LPs Registered will be approximately €13 (Depending on weight).

Boxsets or multiple items may be more.

CD’s can be sold separately.
Registered post for CD’s in cases is approximately €10.00
P&P (at buyers risk) for a CD is approximately €4.95, or €3 without case/tray. Additional CDs may increase cost and the above A Post prepaid padded envelope may be a better option.
