Justin Julius Manville, songwriter, singer and guitar player, was born in Yorkshire where he grew up in a free, musical, wild and poetic environment… the source of his endless attraction to the organic side of life, people and music.

Ireland has been an immense source of inspiration for Manville, a milestone in his life. His inspiration there became prolific. Mothers Ghost (2007/2008) was recorded in a country home of Marina Guinness, in a rural and secluded setting. His song "Temptation" became an immense success accompanied by a comprehensive tour of Irelands best known venues.
