Kitten adoption

I am looking for a loving home for this 3 month old male kitten. Can no longer keep due to rental rules but is litter box trained, dewormed, deflead and comes with bed and toys. Will need vaccinations amd neutering. Please only offer if you can provide a stable home for him thanks.
