The truck doesn't have a doe and I wasn't on tour with it and stayed in the same location! It will need work for test
The kitchen is high out put with 2 x double fryers, hot & cold running water , fridge, pizza oven, microwave bain Marie. Hot holding cupboard burger grill etc etc
It runs mostly on gas but is also connected with a fuse board for electrical hook up.
