Ten rack Convotherm Gas (LPG)powered oven
Used up until Christmas, was a secondary oven for Sunday lunch. Changing to electric because we had gas system upgraded and serviced we’re told oven needs ducted properly up a two story building cost 7/8k so instead Ive decided to go electric at this location in the kitchen and spend the money on a new electric oven which wont need ducted in the same way as is required for gas regs
