Hi, I would like to ask if you would be open to agreeing on a weekly payment arrangement for the purchase.

My proposal would be to make a fixed payment every week, with all terms clearly written and agreed in a formal contract. The agreement would state the total purchase price, the weekly payment amount, the payment schedule and the conditions of the sale.

Once the full agreed amount has been paid, the ownership of the business would be officially transferred into my name.

I would like to make this a reliable and secure agreement for both of us, with everything documented and signed so that both parties are protected.

If you are open to this arrangement, I would be happy to discuss the terms and find an agreement that works fairly for both of us.
