Trailer comes fully set up inside with stainless steel worktables, stainless steel sink, water system ), and electrics already installed everything is in place for you to add your own equipment and start trading.

Please note: machinery is not included (coffee machine, grinder, etc.).

The trailer is priced as it is because I am upgrading to a new setup. The inside is fully fitted and ready, however the exterior would benefit from a fresh paint to suit your own brand/style. I have chosen not to do this myself, as it would increase the selling price giving you the opportunity to finish it your way.

The trailer has not been moved in the past 2 years, and prior to that it remained operating in the same location for approximately 3 years. For this reason, it has effectively been stationary for a long period of time.

Due to this, it will require transport on a trailer/flatbed truck.

Available to view in Wexford. Morning viewings are possible, but it may be busy and not in viewing condition (clean), so afternoons (after closing) are recommended for a proper look. Morning visits can still give you a good idea of how it operates during a busy day.
