TOQ Ulysses Emerald Dial

For sale is a TOC Ulysses Automatic, a very attractive watch from the now-defunct Irish microbrand TOC. With the company no longer operating, these are becoming increasingly uncommon to come across.

The standout feature is the gorgeous emerald/teal green sunburst dial, which changes dramatically depending on the light. It has a clean, vintage-inspired design with Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9, polished hour markers and a small-seconds subdial at 6 o'clock.

The polished stainless-steel case works beautifully with the dial and features a domed crystal, curved lugs and a signed TOC crown. Around the back is an exhibition caseback displaying the automatic mechanical movement.

The watch is currently fitted to a stainless-steel Milanese mesh bracelet, which complements it really well. Also included is the TOC leather strap, allowing you to easily change to a more traditional dress-watch look.

The watch is running perfectly and presents very well overall, with only light signs of use. Please see the photographs for a full representation of its condition.

It also comes with the distinctive original TOC wooden presentation box, a particularly nice addition given that the brand is no longer in existence.

A really interesting piece from a former Irish watch brand, with a striking dial and a design that combines modern microbrand styling with classic dress-watch proportions.
