Just from an outside view. It looks legit to me. Spacing, hands, dial colours all look fine. You could remove the back and you’ll see “Seiko” on some of the parts. Maybe not “Seiko Japan” as this isn’t a Japanese model. I’ve owned a few of these so I’m very familiar with them
