Rare Puma Watch

Hi all,

Up for sale is an unusual and collectible Puma automatic watch – something you don’t often see from sportswear brands, as most Puma, Adidas, and Nike watches are quartz. In fact, I haven’t come across another Puma automatic available anywhere.

The watch is powered by an Orient calibre 48743 automatic movement (no manual winding), with a 42-hour power reserve. This movement was produced in the 1980s and is the same calibre used in early versions of Orient’s well-known Bambino line.

Condition & Details:

Case: 36mm, stainless steel back

Bezel: Gold plating, some wear/fading visible

Bracelet: Gold plated, in good condition, no extra links (fits my 6.5" wrist comfortably with 4 notches left on the micro-adjuster – should fit up to ~7")

Dial & Hands: Excellent condition

Crystal: Believed to be sapphire

Overall: Good condition with light cosmetic scratches. I have been wearing for a week and has lost about 3 minutes.

This is a rare opportunity to own a Puma-branded automatic with genuine Orient mechanics. Since I haven’t found another for comparison, I’m open to offers.
