Also known as the triple date , MK40 etc

This variant of speedmaster uses the caliber 1151 ( Valjoux 7751 ) based on the very reliable and highly regarded Valjoux 7750 movement . The complications housed within include a chronograph , day , date and month of the year , all housed within a compact 39mm .

The watch is in very very good condition including the original hidden clasp bracelet with full links . The anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal is immaculate. There is little to nothing thats negative to mention about its aesthetic condition apart from strap change marks on the underside of the lugs.

Although worn very sparingly it runs well , winds nicely and all functions work correctly , my only note would be the power reserve is shorter . There is no written documentation of service history , when I purchased the watch , I purchased based on its favourable condition , it has been looked after all these years .

It includes the original box (with typical degradation) , booklets , purchase warranty card (now faded) , swing tag and full spare links

I have had several of these over the years and keep going back to them (but have finally settled of wearing something else) , of all , this has been the one in best condition.
