I've had a few questions on sync to time
It's a JDM watch and is designed to sync to time in Japan
You can download an app such as Clockwave that emulates the signal and it'll sync to the correct local Irish time
Two things, place the phone's speakers next to the 9 and make sure the room is quiet
You can also manually set the time
