Honda Civic Hybrid 2009 Automatic

Selling a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid (Automatic). The car starts and drives perfectly, but failed the NCT due to rust on the underbody (structural corrosion). It is being sold for parts or as a mechanic's project.
The Good:
• Drives anywhere: The car is 100% on the button. Engine and automatic gearbox (CVT) are absolutely healthy, smooth, and running perfectly.
• Ready to drive away: The 12V battery will be fully charged for the buyer. It lasts up to 5 days on a single charge, so without needing a trailer.
• 3 New tyres fitted 1 year ago (lots of tread left).
• New brake pads replaced 6 months ago.
• Comes with a replacement DC-DC Converter Control unit (used, working) included in the price (we bought it but didn't have time to install).
Motor Tax paid until 11/2026.
The Bad / Points to note:
• Failed NCT due to underbody rust and structural corrosion.
• Left side sill (passenger side) is damaged and corroded.
• The 12V battery is currently not charging from the hybrid system (common DC-DC converter issue, replacement part is supplied with the car). It currently needs external charging once every 5 days if driven daily.
• Slight tear on the rear seat fabric.
