Exterior

• Windows & doors: All windows are clear with no fogging or condensation between panes. Fly screens and blinds operate smoothly. Door closes firmly with a solid seal and the lock works easily.
• Services: External locker doors sit flush and lock properly. Corner steadies wind up and down without stiffness. Hitch and jockey wheel move freely and show regular greasing.
Interior
• General feel: Clean, dry, and odour-free. No musty or damp smell, which is key for caravans.
• Furniture & upholstery: Cushions are plump with no sagging, tears, or major stains. Curtains and blinds are intact and not sun-faded. All cabinet doors and drawers open smoothly and latches hold.
