Hi!

I bought this caravan 15 months ago. I needed somewhere to stay immediately and it has been my home since. I paid €4,000 for it.

It has served me very well since then. When I bought it from the seller, despite asking at the time, I was assured it had no leaks. Unfortunately, within two weeks, I learned otherwise! Three of the sunroofs leak somewhat. I got €300 (!) back from the seller and I have since installed a Maypole Cover permanently, which does the job!

For heating, I use a small electric portable heater and i use a counter top fridge.

I have a season pitch in Ballina, Mayo. I can sell it with or without this season's pitch lease 'til end of October (with will be an additional +€870 and on condition that the site owner is in agreement). If you're in this neck of the woods, need a place to stay and enjoy the outdoors like me, it's a really good option compared to renting a room in a house.
