I’ll be completely honest in this ad

We’ve had this caravan over ten years and has served the family well and it’s now time to move it on.

There is a few minor issues with the van.

There was a leak back right of the caravan which we tried to reseal on roof lately which was causing a small bit of mold to the right of the kitchen

The shower has been disconnected due to the tap been broken , however there is still water to the sink and toilet working perfectly. Shower can be fixed with new parts.

There is two outside storage compartments that just
need two knew locks put on they are fairly cheap to do.
They still lock and close.

Small light back of the caravan up top needs replacing

The floor near the kitchen area is gone a bit soft but again this would be a fix for someone who wants a little project.

Fridge and gas heating and all lights working perfectly

Couch/ bed area is perfect not rips or tears , curtains and shades all perfect

Gas cooker and sink all working fine again just needs to be cleaned up a bit.

This caravan has a few years left in it yet, great starter van


Also comes with water carrier , grey waster carrier and full bottle of gas.

You will see in the pictures where things that need to be fixed
