Caravan/Tiny home

Bought this lovely cosy caravan as a doer-upper to live in but plan's changed. I lived in it for a few weeks but i am now renting.

Would be a lovely tiny home, spare living space creative space, or as a DIY project.

The caravan has fresh laminate flooring put down. The flooring was also repaired. Fresh anti mould paint through out. Some repainting may need to be done.

The caravan has a working cassette toilet.
Water tank on board.

There is a shower unit in bathroom but it needs new hose pipes connected to water tank and shower hose for it to work.

The caravan was heated by plug in electric heaters (currently connected to mains by electrician) but some more tweaking on wiring would be needed for all sockets to work.

A few broken bits such as broken window clips and a small gap in bottom of front door when closed. Easily fixed by new clips and door seals.

I have kitchen counter laminate but havent put it down.

Buyer would have to get off land with jeep/tractor.

Bought for 5k, spent about 2k on it so looking for 5k/6k minimum. Or nearest offer.
