Caravan - Converted to office/living space

Small caravan bought during COVID as a project.

Used for camping a couple of times but I ended up using it as an office in my side driveway.

I built a thin bed, fitted a small couch, desk, countertop with storage. Put in a carpet and lino floor.

It's a pleasant little room but may need some small fixes.

Exterior - painted with specialist caravan paint for weather protection. Turquiose colour might not be for everyone but can be changed. Current paint gives it a strong undercoat.

Watertight but you might find some small gaps for leakage that can be plugged. Although never been an issue with me.

Problems I can identify - back window broke from bracket when left open in the wind. When it's closed it's no problem. Can likely be glued quite easily.

Happy to answer any questions. I would have kept this as a spare room but am moving house and have no driveway to store.
