2012 Volkswagen Passat

Vw passat needs work done. Failed nct this evening please look at fail sheets included in the photo.
Low mileage 231k ...TAXED TILL THE END OF THE YEAR
have put new altenator, alt belt,new vacuum pump done and fully serviced very recently. I don't have the time to fix these things so I'm letting it go.
Interior is ok ,a valet would go a long way, headliner had to be pinned as it was sagging.
Exterior has aged related marks and minor scratches above back passenger wheel arch
