This car has a feature that is unusual for an ID4:- a heat pump which reduces energy consumption when the air conditioning is on, especially in the winter when you’re heating and defrosting the car. We had to wait for nearly a year to get the heat pump and factory fitted electric retractable tow bar from factory which is so handy for bike racks!
