Very well cared for car and genuinely treasured during my ownership. The car was regularly washed, maintained properly, and never neglected. I purchased the car at 203,000km and have done roughly 25,000km since. During my ownership the car received oil and filter changes every 10,000km (4 times total), along with regular servicing and maintenance throughout. Transmission oil was also replaced using Shell transmission fluid.
The EGR was cleaned and the DPF is in very healthy condition as the car was maintained properly and regularly driven correctly. The car drives exactly as it should with no mechanical issues whatsoever. Gearbox is smooth, clutch is light, and overall it’s a very easy and comfortable car to drive, making it an ideal learner or daily car. Multiple mechanics have commented on how healthy and smooth the 1.5 dCi engine sounds compared to many others.
Currently taxed and NCT will be done in June — simply haven’t had the chance to get it booked in yet.
Upgrades / work done:
- GT Line interior trim
- RS spoiler
- Upgraded speakers
- Doors, boot and rear seats sound deadened for a quieter and more premium feel
- Two new engine mounts fitted
- 2 Step polished last summer
- Swapped alloy wheels with good condition tyres
- Luxury spec model with upgraded sound system and panoramic sunroof
Extras included with the car:
- Original spoiler
- Original interior trim pieces / door handles
- Two brand new door hinges still in box
- New left wishbone included (may be fitted before sale depending on NCT)
Just to note, ownership count appears slightly higher as the car was transferred between family members during previous ownership.
As expected for the age, there are a few cosmetic imperfections:
- Rear arch has a small bend/dent (common on these cars)
- Small dent on driver’s door
- Small dent/scuff on lower left side skirt area
Overall the car presents very well for its age and has been properly looked after throughout my ownership. Only selling as I’ve moved onto another car.
