• Timing belt + water pump done on 03/07/2023 at 81,200 km (Windsor Motormall Dublin) - Not due for approx. 2 years / ~75,000 km
• Regular servicing: engine oil & filter changed max every 8 months or less / under 15,000 km – engine runs very smooth and clean
• NCT passed in January
• Tax road valid until August 2026
• Two new rear tyres fitted in January
• Front tyres still have excellent tread
• Car drives perfectly, no issues
