(Fixable/Parts) Mini One 2008 1.4L Petrol 6-gear

Failed NCT recently due to emissions and 1 tyre to be replaced.
170,000km - 1.4L Petrol - 6 gear - cheap tax
Definitely fixable, starts on the button, has brand new battery, comes with a spare wheel.
Getting rid of it because I'm driving another car and don't have the time or money for this one.
Issues: Engine warning light for a heated oxygen sensor (likely emissions cause)
Drives fine, might need clutch soon. Will comfortably drive away on its own.
Paint is 18 years old, not amazing, one or two small scratches from previous owner.
Sold as seen. Make a reasonable offer.
