I see you are still wasting your precious time. I made an offer. That’s an offer to buy. It’s a flawed operating system as it relies on honesty. The seller being honest, knowing how to sell. Always judge a book by reading it not dreamy stories from impatient sellers selling something for 5 euros and they think it’s important.
