2009 Mercedes-benz C-class
Mercedes Benz C200CDI 100kW (132bhp)
Diesel, Silver, black leather electric seats, aircon, manual gearbox, towbar, MB genuine floor mats and MB genuine alloy wheels. Full size spare wheel in boot. Road tax is 400 euro/year.
Car is running very well and has been very reliable.
Selling car for my mother as she no longer drives it. She has owned the car since 2018 and it is not driven much in recent years,
Passed NCT on 21/05/26, with an advisory for the age of tyres. Tyres are matches set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate (All seasons) tyres.
New rear brake discs and new pads fitted for NCT test in May of this year.
My dad did the oil and filter changes, always using premium Mobil1 oil and genuine mercedes filters.
Rear bumper and rear boot lid have some dents, impacts when car was being parked.
Two issues since she bought car:
1. Knocking noise in front shock, noisy over bumpy surfaces and speed ramps. Not noisy on motorway.
2. Leather is split on drivers seat. This happens on most C class with leather from this era.
Two more recent issues:
3.Knob for adjusting clock time (and for service indicator reset) is broken so car clock always shows incorrect time.
4. Glove box door opens too low and hangs down when open, hinge and catch work fine, so it closes but is prone to dropping stuff if full.
