Hyundai i30 2015
2015 Hyundai i30 1.6 CRDi – 108,211 miles, two owners.
The most reliable car I've ever driven. I'd have kept it until it fell apart, but I've had to get a van, that's the only reason it's for sale, and I'll be sorry to see it go.
Very light on diesel, low annual road tax, taxed until Jan 2027 (97 g/km CO, 180e per year). Comfortable on long journeys. I bought it for motorway driving and that's what it was mostly used for. Serviced on time, with a full service history.
Mechanically it's been trouble-free. The only significant repair in my ownership was the fog light control on the indicator stalk (a known i30 issue) — the full stalk was replaced.
Recent work and status:
• Four brand new tyres just fitted
• NCT valid, next test due October
• Next service due in 5,000 miles.
Bluetooth, CD, USB points, multi-function steering wheel, stop-start, Isofix points.
Very clean, no stains/smells, some small scuffs on exterior as usual for age.
