It is UK car not Japan import. NCT until 12/2025. Taxes 56eu per year. Only 36k miles with Cartell checked. Year ago full timing belt kit. Spark plugs and drive belts replaced. New battery. Brakes and clutch cylinders refurbished. All oils and liquids replaced with most Honda oem.
Arches just started to rust. Recent paintwork was done in very low quality. Most likely it needs to repaint, the car is 32 years old and this is very expected.
