Crx Ef6 1.5 dual carb

- Mileage 219,000 kilometres
- NCT- 31/10/2027 done at 218,405 kilometres
- TAX - 09/26(€56 a year)

*Suspension*

- Coilovers all around( fitted 2 years ago and dialed in perfect, set on softest setting and higher up)

- polyurethane anti roll bar links

- front upper strut brace(unknown brand)

- Megan rear upper strut brace

- D1 spec rear lower tie bar

- Hardrace rear lower control arms( to suit newer rear shocks which are easier and cheaper got unlike the original)

- rear trailing arm bushings and then filled with polyurethane to strengthen and to last longer

*Brakes*

- drums on back with new shoes(about 80 kilometres on them)

- mtec front drilled and groved discs

- reconditioned front calipers

- Green stuff pads( haven't made it past bedding in period yet, probably won't in my ownership)

- full brake fluid flush and replaced with dot5

*Engine*

- belt, pump tensioner done

- brand new alternator(not a reconditioned one)

- Brand new aluminium radiator just fitted

- slim fan fitted and is a lot better than the orignal fan and doesn't draw as much current when its on

- mishimoto 68 degree thermostat

- new silicone HT leads

- carbs inspected and spotless inside

- serviced just before nct(same week) not much mileage done since.

- hard got and expensive air filter replaced with aluminium pipe wrapped in gold thermal insulation(massive difference in temps) and a generic cone filter fitted.

*Gearbox*

- standard cable box( no crunches or grinds)

- oem clucth(too good couldnt justify upgrading)

- Oem Shifter bushings

- short shifter( done right gear changes arent too tight)

- type R rep gear gear knob

*Exhaust*

- SK-import 4-2-1 manifold

- stainless midsection

- hollowed cat (flew nct like this as pre 1993)

- stainless scorpion axleback into twin tip

- new centre silencer( removed the loud rasp, still nice sound but road legal and garda friendly)

*Body*

- limited edition style 2 two tone paint scheme(BBP over silver) came this way from factory too

- chargespeed rep PU front lip painted to match(original plastic chargespeed was very bad fit for jdm bumper)

- yellow fogs(rare) and proper genuine harness and switch inside.

- Ef7 rear spoiler(rare and expensive)

- original JDM rear lights(rare and expensive)

-original JDM headlights(rare and expensive) new bulbs fitted which were also very rare and ordered from Japan through iconic

- original brown glass on all windows except windscreen( can get details/contact for the brown screen if interested for €500)

- air con wasn't working so removed the lot(weighed 21kg on scales)

- H-gear Pro-line RR polyester/fiberglass bonnet(nice weight saving and wont rust)
- Bonnet pins installed along with original latch for extra strength and peace of mind
- cold air feed(plastic not carbon) in front bumper routed to the air filter( nice drop in engine temps with this)

*Interior*

- usual jdm spec with the nicer jdm heater controls(rare and expensive)

- all electrics working as they should including power folding mirrors

- Racing pedals( very good grip even when wet)

- Brand new fixed back bucket seats can come with car if asking price is met plus rails to suit

*Wheels*

Enkei racing 14" wheels with new tyres( last set sold on Ebay for €1100 without tyres.

*security*

- Alarm, immobiliser and special set sequence to start car.


Car is very presentable for a 35 year old car, no expense was spared on this car as I thought i would be keeping the car for a lot longer. Only reason for sale is I have a new CRX.

€8,750 ovno, will not deal with groups of people calling to view, if you are under the age of 30 you most likely wont be able to get a classic car policy so please check before you make contact. Proof of insurance required for test drive also. Not in any rush to sell this but im easy to deal with to the right person. Viewing on weekends preferred due to work.
