47,000 miles from new — 74,030 km. Genuinely barely used, and it shows.
Metallic purple, original colour, and it comes with a folder of history that most cars this age simply don't have. NCT passed in January 2026, valid to February 2027.
The good, in detail:
• Sills, wheel arches, floors and boot floor all solid — the Fiesta's usual trouble spots, and they're sound
• Interior is excellent. Seats, carpet, headlining and dashboard all clean — no tears, no cracks
• Original alloy wheels in good order, recently refurbished.
• The mileage is documented. A 2016 invoice records 32,091 miles; the car is at 47,000 now. Nothing about the odometer is in question
• Cam belt and water pump replaced together — invoice in the folder
• Service history from Esmonds Motors, a Ford main dealer, plus the private garage work
• A full run of previous NCT certificates kept with the car
• Rear seats fold flat — far more practical than it looks
• 1.25 Zetec-SE, five-speed manual. Starts first time, drives beautifully, and it's a genuinely fun little thing.
Worth knowing, so there are no surprises on the day:
• The bonnet was repainted at some point and the lacquer is starting to lift in places. It's a straightforward panel fix, and it's part of why a car this original is priced here
• Light surface rust on the boot lid lip, and a few stone chips — both photographed
• The cam belt was done in 2016, so while it's only covered 15,000 miles since.
Eight previous owners from new. Available from mid-October approx — I'm emigrating.
