I’m selling my car privately for €7,000, which is approximately the amount I’ve been offered by dealers as a trade-in.
I’m looking to change to a larger automatic car, and I realised that by selling my C3 privately for the same price I’d get as a trade-in, I can keep the cash and have more flexibility when negotiating for my next car.
So it’s a good opportunity for both sides: I get a better position when buying my next car, and the buyer gets a very well-kept C3 at a price below what similar cars are currently advertised for.
