Excellent condition throughout, I have this car over 9 years and have invested thousands in making it one of the better ones in the Country.
Dry stored in my ownership, I've never used it as a daily driver.

Brakes : Fully overhauled calipers/sliders etc, stainless steel braided hoses, new 7 Series (larger, dramatically improves pedal feel) master cylinder, correct low viscosity fluid. OEM brake cooling ducts added. New BMW pads approx 1500 miles ago.

Engine : 4 x Vanos overhauled with Beisan Systems upgrade kit, all Timing Chains replaced, new Conrod bearings, all new gaskets, seals etc, all OE BMW. All done by acclaimed BMW M car experts, ClassicWorx. New lambda sensors. Alternator refurbished, all fluids flushed and changed several times (Motul/Liqui Moly) , new filters, new plugs, new thermostat. New Auxiliary belts and pulleys, new engine mounts.

Drivetrain : Gearbox, differential and steering fluid all flushed and changed several times (Motul/Liqui Moly). LSD specific oil used in differential. OEM 6 series gearshifter, massively improves the gearchange.
Rims refurbished by a previous owner.
4 x new Michelin Pilot Sports 500ish miles ago, 4S front, 5 at rear.

Suspension : 2 front springs replaced by previous owner. X5 bushes fitted to suspension arms, full alignment done.

Ancillary items : Air-con regassed recently. Headlights rebuilt with new adjusters and new Osram bulbs. New engine battery . Dashboard "missing pixels" fixed.
Navigation system updated. E60 style reversing camera fitted .

Extras : Car is an "Individual" model, plaque in engine bay to prove . Better sound system from new.
Electric Sunblind on rear window.
Textured black leather.
Folding rear seats, ski hatch , IsoFix, OE cargo net in boot.
Fully electric, heated front seats, with memory function
Electrically adjustable steering column.
Cruise control.
Factory steel sunroof.
Xenon headlamps.

Loads of trim replaced with new OE BMW items.
Interior is in very good condition.

I have had the interior valeted and the exterior paintwork has been very recently professionally detailed.
There are a few stonechips and a couple of very small marks on the paintwork, but would need to be be pointed out to be noticed.
No rust underneath, sills, jacking points etc all original and perfect.


I have a large folder of invoices/history for the car, and the original handbook.
This is a genuinely good car which wants for nothing.
