VW T6 C-channel Awning rail + driveaway kit (2.65m length, 6mm bead)

Got a pop top so this had to be removed from van.

C-channel awning rail … 6mm bead - 2.65m total length - it bolts into VW Transporter roof using the existing bolts already on the roof. I couldn’t source this in Ireland at the time so had to bring in from the UK.

Note: I had this on the driver’s side of van (right side) as van has sliding doors both sides. (Just if you’re fitting to left side and wondering why existing bend doesn’t follow curve of van)
Note also: it still has ducting and adhesive pads stuck to it from where I ran solar cables, but this part of the rail isn’t visible from the ground.

6-6mm Awning Drive Away Kit… Makes connecting the awning to the rail much easier, and prevents wear and tear of the beading on the awning, by not threading it into the metal c-channel on the van directly.

I also have no real need for the actual awning itself as we can now sleep 4 in the van. Only used twice. Perfect condition, and was a great piece of kit, but will aim to get a Fiamma wind out awning on van now that the awning rail had to come off anyway...
