I got the following details from my mechanic that services the van.

Water system/working tap and sink
3 ring gas cooker
Rock and Roll bed/couch
Portable toilet
Rear brake drums are new
New oil filter
New fuel filter
New brake drums
New brake shoes
New backing plates on the front brake The front disk and calipers are fine.
New top wishbones on the left and top wishbone bushes
Top ball joint on one side too
All the rubber sections around the suspension are good.

As I will buying another van, I will only accept cash.
