Hi, yes, there is a monthly Starlink subscription after the install. The good thing is that it’s flexible — you manage it yourself through the Starlink app and can start, stop or pause the service as needed on a per month bases. On the Roam plan, Starlink also offers a Standby/Pause Mode, which keeps a low-speed connection for backup/emergency messaging and makes it easy to reactivate fully when needed. I think this pause/standby mode is around €5 a month. Everything is controlled through the app on your phone. I think
