I believe in full transparancy so I will explain the reasons for the low price.

Van needs a new alternator fitted. The alternator is already bought, just need your mechanic to put it in. Costs €400

Back doors can only be opened from the inside. However this may be a positive as it does add to the security of the van. This is fixable, if you have time to fix it.

Radio doesn't work. But this is also fixable, And may actually suit you if you plan to upgrade the system anyway and install a GPS/Bluetooth system

I have fully exhausted my budget on building this campervan which is why these few tasks are outstanding.

Besides the above mentioned the van is absolutely perfect mechanically, I spent over €2,000 on it mechanically to pass the test so the van drives like new.
