1998 LDV 400 Convoy 2.4L Diesel - Converted Bus

It was converted over 10 years ago by the former owner who lived in it and worked on it for years to ensure it was a comfortable living space that was setup to take care of all their needs.

It's a cork floor which is really comfortable and is fitted with various woods, oak panels around the bus and fold out table, cabinets and storage spaces.

The bus is not road worthy, it does start and can be moved back and forth in position but it's suited to be stationary which it's been in the last year.

Double bed in the back, 70litre water tank with foot pump and sink. Boat oven/cooker (gas) with two hobs and an oven/grill. Plenty of seats and comfortable chairs. Captains chair as passenger seat that swivels 360degrees. Wood burning stove which heats the whole bus in the chilly weather. Gas heater at back (never have used really). Plugs and USB sockets throughout. Victron (high end quality) Bluetooth control panel for solar panel, solar panel, two leisure batteries, charger for leisure battery and main battery (lights run off main bus battery).

There are lots of windows, two skylights, vents also setup.

The insulation is minimal in it, in winter you will need a fire and it's a space that needs to be heated often to maintain as it's not airtight (especially around bus doors). If you're handy with these things you can tend to that, a lot of these things can be sorted, I just didn't have capacity or desire to do so.

I've lived in this for 6 months and it's a brilliant setup. I've mostly worked with it being plugged into mains energy so that it powers the whole bus and the electrics so haven't extensively used the solar setup.

Theres been a lot of care that went into this creation by the woman who bought and took care of this bus with love before.

I'm selling as have moved from the location and so these past few months it's not been used and honoured.

It's a little space that has held me and would love for it to be moved to someone who will take care of it and enjoy it.

I brought it to this location with a vehicle recovery truck and it will need similar in order to be moved if you choose to buy it.
