Campervan annex / awning

Selling my campervan annex/awning. It came with my VW Transporter when I bought it, but I never used it and likely never will.

Dimensions: 3m wide x 2.5m deep x 2.5m tall.

Comes with a side window with a fly screen, a front section that can be partially removed to make a doorway or completely removed to open up the space to the outside. Has two large transparent sections with built in curtains. Has another doorway at the rear where you can enter/exit your campervan. It also has a "fitted sheet" style section at the back to attach over the campervan roof to prevent water dripping in between the van and the annex.

It does not come with instructions and I have not fully assembled it. Someone who has used these before may have better luck than me. Photos are to give a rough idea of size and layout.
